Our intention in bringing this matter to your attention is to ensure that the issues we encountered—specifically the lack of communication, unclear scheduling guidance, and the way we were dismissed—are addressed moving forward. Sincerely, Adesola Omowanile 12/23/25 Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment my family and I received during our recent visit to Katy Modern Dentistry. What was scheduled as a routine follow-up appointment turned into a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. We arrived together, as we have always done, and were called in. Once inside the office, there was significant confusion. Staff members were walking around without acknowledging us or providing any explanation for the delay. We were left waiting without courtesy or communication. I made multiple attempts to get assistance from the front desk and asked when we would be seen. Despite my efforts, I received little to no response, even while my daughter was already seated and waiting to have her teeth cleaned. After repeatedly asking for an update and receiving no clear answer, I approached another staff member to ask whether we would be seen or if we should reschedule. Immediately afterward, we were dismissed and instructed to return to the front desk to make another appointment. This was extremely upsetting, especially since we have been patients at this office for quite some time and have never been treated this way before. To make matters worse, we were told that we “cannot be scheduled together anymore,” a statement that came across as rude and unnecessary. This raised serious concerns for our family. Each of us had different appointment times scheduled, as we always have in the past. This led us to question whether the office is able to accommodate more than one patient during overlapping appointment times. Overall, this experience left my family feeling ignored, disrespected, and dismissed. This is not the level of care or professionalism we expect from a dental office we have trusted for years. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure other families do not experience similar treatment in the future. Dr Patel is so AWESOME! He is the best dentist I have ever been to. Also, his staff is just wonderful. I recommend Dr Patel for all dental needs. Mrs Janice King
